Job Description:

Every lot of Phuoc Son coffee that leaves Vietnam passes through many hands — farms, warehouses, the factory, client warehouse and the port. The Export Traffic Executive connects those steps, making sure the right coffee ships at the right quality, in the right quantity, on the right transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise cargo inspection and loading against each contract, at Phuoc Son's warehouse and at supplier warehouses.
Track loading progress and ensure quality and weight meet what was agreed with the buyer.
Work with warehouses, trucking partners and inspection agencies to resolve on-site issues.
Support preparation of customs declarations, phytosanitary certificates and Certificates of Origin.
Collect, deliver and file documents.
Back up the document and sales teams when needed to keep shipments on schedule.
Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements and Experience:

College or university degree in Import-Export, Logistics or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in export operations, customs or logistics; agricultural or coffee experience preferred.
Understanding of export procedures, customs declarations and phytosanitary requirements.
Willing to travel to supplier warehouses and the port to supervise loading.
Proactive, flexible, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Candidates living in Lam Dong or nearby are preferred.
