Ordering and payment

1. Choose products. Go to the Shop, check the details, price and availability, choose a quantity and select “Add to cart”.
2. Review the cart. Open the cart, check products, quantities and the subtotal, and select “Checkout”.
3. Enter delivery details. Give your name, phone number, email and delivery address. Read and accept the Personal data protection policy and complete the anti-spam check.
4. Send the order. Check the details in the confirmation box and select “Place order”. The website shows an order number and emails you that the order was received.
5. We call to confirm. During business hours, normally within 1 working day, Phuoc Son staff call you to confirm the products, shipping fee and total. The contract of sale is made at this step.
6. Delivery and payment. The goods are delivered under the Shipping and delivery policy, and you pay by the method agreed.

• If Phuoc Son cannot reach you after 2 calls within 3 working days, the order is treated as unconfirmed and will be cancelled.
• You may change or cancel an order free of charge until it is handed to the carrier, by calling or emailing Phuoc Son with the order number.
• Once the goods are with the carrier the order cannot be cancelled; any issue is handled under the Returns and refunds policy.
• Phuoc Son may decline an order in the cases set out in the Terms of use, and will tell you.

Product prices include VAT. Shipping is charged separately; staff quote it when they call to confirm, and it applies only once you agree. What you pay is the total confirmed on that call.

1. Cash on delivery (COD). You pay the courier in cash when the goods arrive. This is the standard method for retail orders.

2. Bank transfer. Used when Phuoc Son staff propose it, for example for large orders, deliveries to remote areas, or made-to-order goods. In those cases Phuoc Son may ask for a deposit or for part or full payment in advance; the terms are stated when the order is confirmed.

Phuoc Son accepts transfers only into an account in the company's name, sent to you in writing from an @phuocson.net.vn email address. We never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you receive such a request, call 02633 852 364 to check before paying. Phuoc Son is not responsible for money paid into an account that is not in the company's name.

Transfer reference: order number + the phone number on the order.

Phuoc Son issues electronic invoices as the law requires. If you need an invoice in a company's name, give the company name, tax code and address when staff call to confirm. An issued invoice can be adjusted only where the law allows.

Wholesale buyers and importers, please see the wholesale and export guide or request a quotation. Price, delivery terms (Incoterms), payment (such as T/T or L/C) and quality claims follow the confirmed quotation and the contract both parties sign.
