Personal data protection policy

This policy explains how CÔNG TY TNHH KDNS PHƯỚC SƠN (“Phuoc Son”) processes your personal data when you use phuocson.net.vn, place an order, send an enquiry or apply for a job. It is written under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

Phuoc Son is the controller and processor of the personal data collected through the website.

• When you order: name, phone number, email, delivery address, order notes, the products and order value; invoicing details if you ask for an invoice; a bank account number if a refund is due.
• When you send an enquiry or quote request: name, email, phone number, company, country, job title and your message.
• When you apply for a job: what you send through the recruitment form or by email.
• Technical data, collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and times, through cookies and analytics; browser signals used by the anti-spam check.
• Stored on your device: your cart and language choice are kept in browser storage and are not sent to us until you place an order.

Phuoc Son does not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, religion or biometric data). Please do not include it in a message or application unless it is needed.

• to confirm, process and deliver orders and take payment;
• to answer enquiries and quote requests, send samples and look after customers;
• to handle complaints, returns and refunds;
• to issue invoices, keep records and meet accounting and tax obligations under the law;
• to recruit, for applicants' data;
• to keep the website secure and prevent spam and fraud;
• to measure visits and improve the website;
• to send news about Phuoc Son's products and offers, only where you have separately agreed to it. You can opt out at any time.

Phuoc Son does not sell your personal data.

Phuoc Son processes data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form on the website. Processing without consent happens only where the law allows it, namely to perform the contract of sale with you, and to meet legal obligations (such as keeping accounting and tax records, or providing data to a competent authority).

Name, phone number and address are required to deliver an order. Without them Phuoc Son cannot process the order.

Your data is accessed only by Phuoc Son staff whose work requires it, and by the following, as far as necessary:

• Carriers: name, phone number, delivery address and any cash-on-delivery amount, to deliver the order.
• Technology providers (website hosting, email, forms, analytics and anti-spam), processing data on Phuoc Son's behalf as far as needed to provide their service.
• Messaging apps: when you choose to contact us through a messaging app, that platform's own policy applies.
• Competent state authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of the providers above run servers outside Vietnam, so your data may be stored or processed abroad. Phuoc Son uses only providers that commit to protecting data, and completes the procedures the law requires for transferring personal data abroad.

• Orders and invoices: for the period accounting and tax law requires.
• Enquiries and quote requests: up to 5 years from the last contact.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after the recruitment round closes, unless you agree to a longer period.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

After that, data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer retention or the data is needed for an ongoing dispute.

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to data is limited to what each member of staff needs. Forms are protected by an anti-spam check and rate limits.

No system is perfectly secure. Possible risks include unauthorised access, disclosure or loss of data through a cyber attack or a provider's failure. If a personal data breach occurs, Phuoc Son will act on it and notify the authorities and you as the law requires.

The website uses analytics cookies to measure visits, and browser storage for the cart and language. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works, though conveniences such as remembering your cart may not.

Under the law you have the right:

• to be informed about the processing of your personal data;
• to give or refuse consent, and to withdraw it;
• to view, correct or ask us to correct your data;
• to request a copy, deletion or restriction of processing, and to object to processing;
• to complain, report, bring legal action and claim compensation as the law provides.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject “Personal data request”. Phuoc Son may ask you to verify your identity first, and will respond within the time the law sets.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done lawfully. Phuoc Son still keeps data the law requires it to keep, and may be unable to continue a service that depends on that data.

The website is not aimed at children. Anyone under 16 should send personal data only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
